What's involved in a new bathroom installation?

Our bathroom installation is as follows:

- Strip out existing bathroom (Tiles, Electrics, Pipework, Bathroom suite, Etc).

-Replace and level floorboards

-Build any new walls that are needed and niche shelves layout if customer wants them.

- 1st fix pipework to toilet, shower and/or bath, basin and radiator.

- Re-plasterboard walls.

-Install tile backer board in wet areas.

-Tank the area with waterproof paste and tape joints in wet areas.

-Prime the bathroom walls ready for tiling.

-Fully tile walls & Grout.

- Install bathroom rated downlights.

- Install plastic ceiling panels or plastered ceiling.

- Install vinyl click flooring or tiled floor.

- 2nd fix connect all pipework to appliances. 

-Colour matched silicone with grout sealed in corners, windows, niche shelves.

-Commission - we test everything making sure its in perfect condition.
